Eastern Canada – Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montreal & Quebec Reviews
From Toronto to Quebec, you’ll be fascinated on a One World Adventure through Eastern Canada. Discover the distinctive French culture of romantic Quebec City, Canada's only walled city, with sightseeing that includes many historic places. Travel to Montreal for a visit of Notre Dame Basilica, to see the Old Seminary of St. Sulpice, and to drive to the top of Mount Royal for an expansive panorama of the city. Tour the beautiful capital of Ottawa with the Canadian Mint, Parliament Hill, and Rideau Canal, and absorb the cosmopolitan ambience of Toronto. Not to mention the fascinating Niagara Falls, A Natural Wonder of the World is also a highlight of this tour.

Day 1: Toronto

On arrival transfer from Toronto Airport to hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the cultural, entertainment and financial capital of Canada.

Day 2: Toronto

After breakfast, discover what lies behind Toronto’s famous skyline on a guided city tour. Experience the sights and sounds of this cosmopolitan city as you explore the downtown area and residential area, Highlights of the tour are Dundas Square/Eaton Center, old and new City Halls, Casa Loma, Yorkville and the University of Toronto, China Town, CN Tower (tickets to the entrance not included in the city tour) and much more . Also pass by the Rogers Center (formerly known as the Sky dome) and drive along the harbor front to get a complete impression of the city. Wrap your evening by returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Toronto - Niagara Falls - Toronto

After breakfast we proceed for a day trip to Niagara Falls. A collective name for the waterfalls that straddle the international border between Canada and the United Sates, more specifically between the province of Ontario and the state of New York – Niagara Falls has a lot to offer. With Hurricane Decks, the Maid of the Mist, Breathtaking Falls and more, Niagara Falls is the ultimate getaway – a nature’s wonder. Experience the Maid of the Mist and Journey behind the fall. Enjoy some time at leisure to experience the great gorge of the thunderous falls or the mist and rainbows developing in the falls. Later in the evening we return to Toronto.

Day 4: Toronto to Ottawa

A trip to Canada’s national capital will inspire you to discover the country’s history through a multitude of museums, historic sites and monuments or simply by perusing the streets of the Byward Market area. Ottawa also hosts a number of exciting festivals and activities throughout the year such as the famous Interlude in February and the charming Tulip Festival in May. Meet your guide for a comprehensive city tour. Explore the Parliament Buildings, Embassies, Universities and Museums. See the Canadian Mint, the National Gallery of Canada, the Museum of Civilization, the residence of the Prime Minister and the National Arts Center. Drive through scenic gardens, parklands and along the Rideau Canal, one of the Ottawa’s picturesque waterways. Later transfer to hotel where you can check in and relax.

Day 5: Ottawa to Montreal

After breakfast, check out from the hotel to proceed to Montreal. The cosmopolitan center of Montreal is the most important Francophone city in Canada. From the top of the famous Mont-Royal, you can get an amazing view of this metropolis which is located on an island measuring about 50 km long and 17 km wide. The downtown core, which includes historical “Old Montreal”, offers a beautiful variety of architecture. A fully guided city tour includes a photo stop at the beautiful Notre Dame (entrance not included in the city tour), the residential and financial district, historic Old Montreal, an outside view of the Olympic Complex, St Joseph Oratory (photo Stop), a view of the campus of McGill University and a panoramic view on top of the Mont Royal and much more. Later in the evening proceed to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6: Montreal to Quebec

Quebec City is the hub of French-Canadian culture. Founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain, it still maintains the flavor and charm of the old world. Many architectural aspects, such as fortifications, narrows streets and different structures still characterize the capital to this day. Discover Quebec by visiting the impressive Chateau Frontenac, by perusing the cobble-stoned streets lined with old-fashioned buildings or by walking along the tops of the ramparts that surround this age-old city. Todays narrated city tour provides an orientation of Quebec City from an historical and modern view. See the Latin Quarter, the Plains of Abraham, the Citadel, the Fortifications, the National Assembly, Place Royale, the Basilica and other points of interest within Quebec City. Later check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7: Departure

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport either for your connection flight to your international destination or to your choice of next destination.
